      Service Manager - Social Prescribing

      This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind's Senior Leadership Team. We have a vacancy for a Service Manager. You'll have the opportunity to further develop our existing social prescribing projects, building strong and effective relationships with commissioners and partners, leading a growing team as well as contributing to the overall performance and direction of Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind.
