Whether you’re a teacher or pupil and choose to fundraise for us through your class, sports team or university’s RAG or do your own thing, why not get involved and raise donations and awareness for us?

Fundraising can be fun, educational and rewarding! By supporting our cause, you can help us continue to support the mental health of people across Teesside.

Make us your charity of the year

Support us across the year with a range of fundraising activities. We can come into school or college and give an assembly talking about the work we do in the local community, why we rely on donations and the difference they make.

We can help you get started if you’re not sure where to begin or you download our fundraising A-Z for inspiration.

Book one of our fundraising events

We can come into your school or college and stage an event for you to enjoy while raising money for us.

From a colour run to virtual balloon race around the world, to a mental elf run or Christmas fayre, we can host the event to remove all the pressure so that you and your pupils can relax and have fun.

Collect for us

From a donation after assembly to a funds drive at a local supermarket or leisure centre, organising a collection is one of the easiest ways to raise money for us.

We’ll provide you with T-shirts, collection buckets, stickers and lots of advice and support to make it a success.

Take on a challenge

If you're a teacher, college or university student and want to walk, run, cycle, swim, climb or get muddy, then why not take on a physical challenge for us.

Find the challenge that’s right for you.
