Our team provides support in two ways - talking therapy support and community recovery services.

Talking Therapies

If you're struggling with your mental health and finding it hard to cope, then talking therapy could help you regain control of your emotions. We can offer therapy in different ways including

  • counselling
  • one to one support
  • group sessions
  • support for living with long term health conditions

Community Recovery Support

If you're struggling with mental health issues and life challenges then there is advice and support we can offer you including

  • one to one support with a recovery practitioner
  • recovery college courses 
  • peer support

How do we deliver this service?

Depending upon the type of support we’re providing we can meet you at one of our offices, at home or at a community outreach location of your choice.

Or, if you prefer, we can meet you online or we can provide telephone support.

We can be flexible to suit you and your needs.
