A way to Wellbeing. We provide a range of workshops that can help you to make changes in your life from relaxation, stress awareness to managing depression and anxiety. You will develop your own coping strategies so you have self help tools for when life has its challenges.
Our gardening project at Preston Park Museum and Walled Garden is for men, aged 25 – 65, living in Stockton or Middlesbrough. We offer a 6-week course of sessions to spend time outdoors and learn new things. There’ll be opportunities after the 6 weeks to continue by volunteering
