If you're passionate about helping others, making an impact and supporting your local community then we want to hear from you.
We're committed to making mental health an every day subject. The more we talk about it, the more comfortable people will feel asking for help. The more open we are about sharing our experiences the more normal they will become. We believe everyone deserves to enjoy good mental health and we'll continue to work to help our local community achieve this.
We're running FREE art sessions for those children aged 8 - 14 across Teesside.
All sessions will be held in a Covid safe space with socially distanced measures in place.
