Who is this service for?

If you're struggling with your mental health and finding it hard to cope then we're here to help you.

Our trusted and professional team can provide support for mild to moderate mental health conditions, including but not limited to:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • panic attacks
  • stress
  • suicidal thoughts and feelings
  • confidence and self-esteem
  • social isolation
  • anger issues

To access our support you must be

  • aged 18+
  • living in Redcar and Cleveland

What can we do to help you?

Our service offers person centred support and goal-based interventions for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing concerns. 

We offer one to one emotional and practical support, group engagement activities such as peer support, advice and signposting information to people living within Redcar and Cleveland. We offer telephone, face to face and virtual appointments including evening appointments to ensure the service is accessible to all.

Working with our wellbeing practitioners enables you to understand and manage your mental health and wellbeing. Together we can build a network of support and develop practical strategies for self-help; working at a pace that best suits you to improve your daily life and wellbeing.
