I have extensive experience of working with depression and anxiety, implementing the CBT model and evidence-based interventions, adapting this to most effectively meet your needs. I have worked in educational settings, wellbeing and with people with long term health conditions, and I realise the impact of study, life stressors and physical health can have on how you feel.
CBT can help with many difficulties, including depression and anxiety and more specific problems, such as health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, panic and PTSD. We can work together to break down problems into separate parts, analysing your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and making helpful changes to help you feel better.
