Stress is a normal part of life and something that everyone experiences from time to time.

However, over time stress can get worse if untreated and can lead to serious mental and physical health problems. This can have an effect on relationships as well as your quality of life.

This workshop will help you to become more aware of the causes of stress in your life and help you identify useful stress management techniques.

We will provide information on why stress is harmful to us and the benefits of limiting stress in our lives. We use case studies and exercises to explore personal stress management techniques and to identify negative behaviours that we can work on changing.

Who is this service for?

People who want to learn more about how to look after their health and wellbeing and particurlary any stresses they have.

In a workshop setting you willl practice techniques that you will be able to use in day-to-day life.
