Do you have difficulty getting to sleep at night? Do you spend most of the night tossing and turning? Is this having an impact on your mood or affecting your relationships?
This workshop looks at how much sleep we actually need, the different types of sleep, the common causes of sleep problems and ways of overcoming sleeping difficulties leading to a better night's sleep.
We will look at your current bed routine and explore different techniques you can use to tidy up your routines or change them altogether in order to sleep better.
We use exercise and group discussions to do this. Handouts will be available to take home.
