Led by a qualified professional, talking therapy is given one to one and helps the user to understand and practically manage negative thoughts and feelings and ultimately make positive changes to their life.

Having a long-term health condition can be frustrating or worrying at times. It's very common for health conditions to affect how you feel and for your mood to affect your health condition. This can lead to you feeling stressed, low, anxious or worried.
The Impact Wellbeing and Recovery service is here to help you manage you health condition and improve your wellbeing. We can help you to ‘live well’ with your health conditions and improve your wellbeing through a range of free living well courses, one to one sessions or online therapy.
