Everybody deals with these conditions at some point in their life, however when they start to affect your quality of life you might want some new ideas about how to manage them.

This workshop will increase your understanding of depression and anxiety and support you to discover techniques and tools which can help you manage your symptoms more effectively.

We'll explore your personal experience of these conditions and help you to build coping strategies to manage.

We will also provide you with information on the physical effects of Depression and Anxiety and explore how we can use personal strengths to minimise the impact of this.

Who is this service for?

People who want to learn more about how to look after their health and wellbeing.

In a workshop setting you willl practice techniques that you will be able to in day-to-day life.
