Do you feel as though your low self-esteem is stopping you from achieving your goals? Do you wish you were more confident?
This workshop looks at what confidence and self-esteem are and how these can be affected by life experiences and situations. We will share techniques and tools to build your self-confidence and improve low self-esteem.
We will identify the things that may have contributed towards your low confidence and self esteem and we will introduce you to helpful techniques to try and improve the way you think about yourself or a particular situation we may lack confidence in.
We help people to understand why having confidence and good self esteem is important and how thinking more positively can help to increase this. We use a variety of exercises and group discussions throughout to do this course.
