Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind is a local charity that provides confidential services for people experiencing emotional or mental health problems and their families. This website will tell you more about the different ways in which we provide support. Mental health problems are very common. Approximately one in four people in Britain will experience some form of mental health problem during their life. Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind is affiliated to Mind – the National Association for Mental Health (www.mind.org.uk) - and we work within the policies and quality standards of Mind.
