The Young People's Outreach Service offers one to one support for any young person who is struggling with emotional well being.
Who is the service for?
It's for you if you live in the Middlesbrough area and are aged between 16 and 25 years old and are experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties, such as stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks or OCD.

Where is the service available?
The Young People's Outreach Service is happy to meet you where you feel comfortable. We can see you at Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind's office in Grange Road, at the office where you see another professional or somewhere neutral for example, a local community centre, or in certain circumstances, at home. Support over the phone can also be provided.
