Listening support

Is there something in your life that is causing you distress?

Are you feeling worried, confused or upset and not sure where to get help?

Our Listening Support Service may be able to help and is free and confidential.

Our trained staff and volunteers will:

  • listen to you

  • talk to you about the difficulties you are experiencing

  • help you find ways to cope

  • help you find appropriate help

  • give you information about other local services and help you make contact with them if you wish.

People are seen on a first come first served basis. We have a small waiting area and when you come in we will give you information about how soon a worker can see you.

Opening times are:

  • Monday 1pm to 7pm
  • Friday 10am to 4pm
