Information

Our information service is available to anyone in Middlesbrough or Stockton.

You can contact us for information for yourself or for a friend or relative.

We can provide a wide range of accurate, up-to-date information on mental health issues including:

  • different diagnoses, medications and treatments
  • specialist mental health services, and
  • independent voluntary organisations and self-help groups.

 

We also have information about related issues such as:

  • welfare benefits and legal issues
  • education and employment opportunities
  • housing, and
  • leisure opportunities.

We know that it can be difficult to take the first step and ask for help or information. Our staff will help you to work out what your options are and what information or services are most appropriate for you.

It is not possible for us to put all of our information on to our website; however, it is available by visiting our offices, telephoning, writing to or e-mailing us.
